Pinnacle’s lot and home size will vary throughout the community. Generally, lots will range from 34 feet to 90 feet, depending on the location. Additionally, homes, townhomes and apartments will be developed throughout Pinnacle, offering both ownership and leasing options. Although the homes in Pinnacle will vary in style, the community has a sense of cohesion with architectural control.

Yes, there is an HOA that encompasses all of Pinnacle. The annual assessments are currently set at $850 per year with a $250 setup fee and $150 transfer fee; assessments can change based on modifications to the HOA budget.
