We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Pinnacle. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. If you have not already done so, sign up with the Lifestyle Team, so you know about upcoming events and activities coming soon. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.
Holiday Office Hours
We wish everyone a most wonderful holiday with family and friends. The Brighton offices will be closed on the following dates:
Thanksgiving – Thursday, November 28th & Friday, November 29th.
Christmas – Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th.
Signage
Yard signs advertising Christmas light installation, sprinkler blow outs, etc. are not permitted. If you have a political campaign sign, a reminder that the display period has ended. Political signs are only permitted 30 days before an election, and 10 days after.
Reserving the Clubhouse
We have a beautiful clubhouse available for reservations. To make a reservation, check the calendar online and then fill out the Clubhouse Reservation form. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation of the reservation.
Snow Removal
Snow is just around the corner. Make sure you do not push snow from your sidewalks and driveways into the streets. Snow should go on your lawns, and if you are near a street drain, please be sure to keep it clear.
Holiday Decorations
It’s that time of year when so many people decorate for the holidays. We love to see all the festivity! However, we ask that you remember temporary holiday decorations may be installed 30 days prior to the holiday and should be removed within 30 days after the holiday, vendor scheduling and weather permitting.
Any lighting permanently installed on homes shall be limited to use 3 days prior to any federally recognized holidays. During the months of October – December, lighting may be turned on during major holidays but must be turned off by 11:00 p.m.
