Phase one is underway!

We expect to have more specific details coming soon. Building on home sites are estimated to begin in November or December. Each day we see a little more progress knowing we are getting a little closer each day to Phase 1. Pinnacle will be a lively community in South Meridian with amenities including an outdoor amphitheater and community center. Pinnacle will also have walking paths, pools, and parks. We hope to have more details soon about Phase 1 including estimated timeframes and what home types will be available in Phase 1.
