September 2024 Community Newsletter
Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Pinnacle. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. If you have not already done so, sign up with the Lifestyle Team, so you know about upcoming events and activities coming soon. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.
Irrigation Shut-Off
Irrigation will be shut off for the season on October 7th. Wrap up any landscaping projects and get in your last watering.
Pumpkin Trailer
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 9th, as we’re bringing a trailer loaded with pumpkins to the neighborhood. The trailer will be parked at the Pinnacle Market from 5-8 pm with pumpkins for purchase. Instead of going to the farm, the pumpkins come to you.
Exterior Lighting
As we head into fall, the days grow shorter, and it gets dark earlier. Homeowners are encouraged to make sure all exterior lights are on and working. This helps to keep our community visible and safe.
Pet Etiquette
We love our four-legged friends, but please keep your dog leashed at all times. And of course, pick up after them.
Flags & Signs
Flags are limited to the display of two of the following types of flags:
- The current official flag of the United States of America
- The current official flag of the State of Idaho
- The POW/MIA flag
- An official or replica flag of any branch of the United States armed forces.
Signs – One standard sized yard sign, not to exceed six square feet during an election campaign for their candidate. Signs may not be placed more than 90 days prior to the election and must be removed 10 days following the election.
Political banners and flags are prohibited, as well as any signs containing vulgar wording or pictures. One standard sized For Sale sign is allowed. Signs must be placed in the front yard only and not cause any visual impediment or access to common areas. No other signs shall be permitted without approval in advance.
Advisory Committee
We’d like to start an Advisory Committee in Pinnacle. This is a volunteer committee made up of residents that want to represent the community, similar to a Board. The group will meet with Brighton to review finances, maintenance, and requests from the community, and give suggestions and feedback. We understand that each community is unique because of its residents and establishing a committee like this helps us to understand and make sure residents can be heard. If you are interested in volunteering, please email Management.
Upcoming Events
If you have any ideas for future events, or want to volunteer to help out, please reach out to Lauren Brown, Lifestyle Director.
