March 2024 Community Newsletter

Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Pinnacle. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. If you have not already done so, sign up with the Lifestyle Team, so you know about upcoming events and activities coming soon. Please reach out to Management hoa@brightoncorp.com should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.

Dues

If you haven’t made payment or payment arrangements, your dues are late and late fees are now being incurred. Please be sure to reach out before costly collection fees are added.

New Website Access Portal

If you have not already registered on our new site, we hope you will soon. Brighton is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities.  We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service.  With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements.

Irrigation

We’re anticipating irrigation water to be available the week of April 15th. We will start our system as soon as we can. We’ll send out an update once we’re running in full.

ACC Requests

Please remember that all exterior home improvements must be submitted and approved prior to installation. This includes the backyards as well. It’s an easy form and process. You can find the form online along with the ACC Guidelines for any questions.

Pool Opening

The pool and clubhouse is under construction, due to be ready this summer. There will be a playground in this area as well. We’re looking at an opening around June. As we get closer, more information will come out.

Spring Reminders

We want to remind everyone of a few key rules:

1) Garbage cans should be stored out of view at all times, except for when out for the day of pickup.

2) Garages should be used for parking first, before resorting to the driveway, and then, most lastly, the street.

3) Holiday decorations should be removed within 30 days of the holidays, so no Christmas in March.

4) Recreation vehicles or trailers should be out for no more than 24 hours for loading and unloading and then returned to appropriate storage.

5) Renting your home is prohibited unless you get approval from the Board for an undue hardship in advance.

Upcoming Events

If you have any ideas for future events, or want to volunteer to help out, please reach out to Lauren Brown, Lifestyle Director.
